Happy to say that I just finished signing the contract for some custom size, Impervia windows from Pella for my home. Troy L. was very helpful in getting our order pulled together. He measured our existing window openings and presented me with the options Pella has to offer. He took the time to show me several product lines, various options within those lines, and the associated pricing. In the end, we were able to make selections that my wife and I are really excited about. Thanks to Troy and the Pella team for their help!
Completely confusing pricing and discounts, with no understandable explanation. The pricing made no sense. The total price made no sense. Completely illogical.

We absolutely love our Pella windows! We did the upstairs windows last year and they are gorgeous, fit beautifully in our historic home and they help keep the sound down from our busy street!
