Pella just finished replacing 23 windows and 2 patio sliders on a "generational home" in Estes Park. We chose their fiberglass, Impervia series to keep future maintenance close to zero. From sales to installation all went well. From the initial sales visit to completion took less than two months and we were able to 'beat the weather' in the fall of 2025. Nice door but the install had some issues. Mostly the smart tech that nobody could figure out (door lock sensors built-in). We paid quite a bit extra for this but they couldn't get it to work. I tried for months going back and forth as they passed me to another person who didn't know. Then finally they gave up and stopped answering me and even disconnected my access so the thing stopped working completely! Recently they reached out to me wanting to sell me more doors/windows and I asked them to get what they sold me working ... read more
Jack was exceptionally helpful and insightful as he evaluated our windows and their issues, and what could/could not be done to rectify the needs… & whether or not it could be fixed or if replacement was necessary. He corrected some inside blinds problems (which allowed them to work as intended), then looked at other windows and allowed us to see the reasons they were no longer able to be fixed.
