Jack was exceptionally helpful and insightful as he evaluated our windows and their issues, and what could/could not be done to rectify the needs… & whether or not it could be fixed or if replacement was necessary. He corrected some inside blinds problems (which allowed them to work as intended), then looked at other windows and allowed us to see the reasons they were no longer able to be fixed. Happy to say that I just finished signing the contract for some custom size, Impervia windows from Pella for my home. Troy L. was very helpful in getting our order pulled together. He measured our existing window openings and presented me with the options Pella has to offer. He took the time to show me several product lines, various options within those lines, and the associated pricing. In the end, we were able to make selections that my wife and I are really excited about. Thanks to Troy and the Pella team for their help!
