I bought Pella windows because I was told they were easy to tilt in for cleaning. The salesman showed me how easy it was. I have not been able to tilt them in for cleaning so I called Pella to see if they would help me. I had to wait an hour to actually speak to a person, because of high demand at several times. I was told they would send a Pella staff to my home for $79.00 to show me how to tilt the windows in for cleaning. I had an amazing experience purchasing windows for a new build! I had the pleasure of working with Jason W and Jennifer F. The experience was seamless. Jason W was my sales person and he was amazing! No hidden costs, no surprises and the windows are beautiful! Jennifer, kept me in the loop on delivery and scheduling changes!
Took a while to get unloaded but not to bad of a place. You will need to go onto mils street to get to the dock. You will also need to back in off the street but there is plenty of room. The people here are very friendly.
Window broke 2 and a half years after the instalation. The warranty for the window is lifetime, however the catch is in the labor. If something brakes you are looking at $190.00 in hour. If someone needs a few hours of work then is it really worth to pay soo much money for the window? And if the window brakes that soon after the installation. I will continue to use Pella for all my needs as they seriously stand behind their products.. thank you to the people who actually help customers in the rare event that a problem arises. Thank you.
