Dealing with these guys was a nightmare. The lady on the phone that I was trying to set up a repair with was horrible. She was trying to get me to do their work for them. She kept on telling me to find a non existent serial number on my windows. She wanted me to Measure and take pictures. Their shop is 10 minutes from my house. The serial number WAS NOT THERE.
