Pella Products VERY poor warranty- go elsewhere!! We built our house 8 years ago and love our Pella patio doors with blinds between the glass. Even though registration was completed at time of purchase, we were informed that the new little beads under the blinds ( which we seldom adjust/ almost never slide completely up/down )between the windows is due to the glass seal and may affect appearance & insulation performance of the doors. New window sashes delivered on time and as ordered.
This is my second install with Pella. Its been a couple weeks and a couple storms. Very happy with my decision. They did my door and big window first. I liked them so did the rest of my windows. Paul with sales is easy to work with. Listens to what is needed and makes changes. It was easy and fast. The installers were great, professional and conversational. I had a patio door installed on Friday by Payton, Hunter and Ademar. And they did an excellent job installing it. I am very pleased with their work ethic.
We had great delivery drivers that unloaded or windows for us Al and Aaron were awesome.
