Al and Aaron delivered the window replacement right on schedule and placed it in the garage. Pella provides great customer service.
On Monday, Al and Aaron delivered all of my project materials. They called me about 30 minutes out letting me know their arrival time, they greeted me courteously and professionally. They were fast and efficient and worked with me on finding the best place for the materials while not being in the way or exposed outside. Aaron and Al were awesome! They arrived on time, even though they had a small detour, our place is kind of hard to locate in the country. They were pleasant to visit with. They ensured the windows were placed in the safe location.
