We recently had three windows and a sliding door replaced by Pella and could not be happier with the result. Vinny, the sales representative came to our our house, listened to our concerns and recommended the replacement windows that would work best for us. The installation team headed by Andrew was extremely professional and worked to ensure that the windows were properly installed. They protected the work area and cleaned it completely afterwards. We would highly recommend this company.
Awful sliding door sold and it is not good in anyway. I have installed over 300 doors and windows and have never seen anything of a poorer design as this sliding door. Should have been replaced by the company who sold this foolish design. Screen on the inside of door. No customer service at all, after a year of back and forth with the sales people no help with the problem finally contact with manager says not there problem. My advise would be to stay away.
When I went to my sisters new home, I commented on her new 12 ft slider. I asked her if it was installed backwards. She told me I could not open them because of the poor design would allow tons of bugs to come in the house. Her and my brother in law explained to me how horrible the customer service was at Pella Centerville and Karen in Fall River who threatened to post his personal information if he left a bad review. I happen to need a new windows and I certainly will not be using Pella!

My parents used Pella to purchase all of our windows and sliding doors. I am not allowed to open the sliding door in our living room because of the defective design. the screens were purposely designed to be in the inside of the house rather than outside of the storm door where they belong. After multiple attempts to get this fixed, Pella decided to try and sell us their new door, which has the screens on the outside as they should be.
