Instal was also fantastic! The Pella install crew lead by Nick did a great job! This is my 2nd time using Pella of Centerville. My first experience was outstanding, so I didn't hesitate to pick up the phone (skip the line) and call the field rep Jim (from last year). He remembered me right away and within a day, had a proposal sent out to me. Jim is so fantastic to work with - very knowledgeable, listens well and doesn't oversell, which any customer should appreciate. The install itself went smoothly.
