I called on June 26 they said they would come on July 17. I complained and they called me on a random day 15 min prior on July 10 that they would come to fix my window! I wasn’t home and guess what tomorrow is the date and I called to confirm the appointment they have no records of me in the system!!! Is this a joke? They said now the person would come August 9!! So we have a broken window and I haven’t slept in my bedroom for 2 months and now it will be 2 months for them to come to fix my window! The rain and heat comes in ... read more
