Overpriced and overrated for the quality. My kitchen designer recommended Pella for our triple casement window, and it was one of few decisions I regret. The window was damaged in several places upon delivery, and after several service calls and replacement parts, the window is still not right. Folks, shame on me. I am publicly renouncing my complaint against Pella and their products. After reading about my plight, I was advised to contact them with my information which I did. They went over and above what I would have expected and now my storm door has been repaired. Thank you Pella for caring about the average consumer.
