These folks installed new windows all around at my condo on the top of our Wintergreen Mountain. We are weather challenged here, so good windows are of the utmost importance. The new Pella Proline windows are great. The provide a much better pane to frame ratio than my previous windows. The mechanics of the casement windows are perfect. The installation guys were highly experienced, and knew exactly what they were doing. They did an excellent job, and that's no small matter when you get new windows. I chose Pella Windows because Connie Faulkner was easy to work with and understood my financial and design needs. I had two fellows from Anderson come to my home first. They tried to sell me more than I needed or wanted. Connie has a knack for listening and caring about her customers. And she knows the product. I felt safe with Paxton Mortensen when he did the measurements. He answered all my questions and was professional. Robert Martin and his partner did an excellent job of installation. Please ask me why I do not recommend Pella windows:Windows were supposed to be finished but parts of them had no finish on themmissing part to open from manufacturer for one windowWhen I called the sales place to express how upset I was, I got "your salesman is out of town, you will have to wait until Monday."Their installers:tore strips of sheetrock off around windows (which I pointed out to them)they tore chunks out of siding on the homeThey put up trim with gouges in it. (I pointed this out to them)trim was installed impr... read more

Get product with local installers that are very good
Called for service. They were eager to help, I thought. They dropped the ball , never returned my calls and emails after all the frustration. Never got any service whAt a joke .. You will be better off dealing with a phycopath
