Ordered 11 custom made upgraded windows. They were professional installed. All have moisture between the panes. Most have moisture on inside also. Contacted Pella. Salesman very rude. Blamed it on moisture in my basement. He’s never been at my house. Claims he keeps his house at 15% moisture. Won’t be able to get with us for 2 weeks. Called my husband BOSS after he threatened to have under performing windows removed. Leaving us and the contractor hanging.
