Ordered 11 custom made upgraded windows. They were professional installed. All have moisture between the panes. Most have moisture on inside also. Contacted Pella. Salesman very rude. Blamed it on moisture in my basement. He’s never been at my house. Claims he keeps his house at 15% moisture. Won’t be able to get with us for 2 weeks. Called my husband BOSS after he threatened to have under performing windows removed. Leaving us and the contractor hanging. Extremely poor customer service. This office never answers so you get directed to the regional office. They do not return phone calls. We started the process of purchasing a screen door and it took nearly 2 months after persistent follow up to even place the order. There were no timeframe of when to get the door and had to persistently call to get an update and both the Rochester and Buffalo office had no update. Save your money and go with a more customer service oriented company.
Excellent product. Work was done on time and to a high level of craftsmanship. Very satisfied customer!
windows don't lock,doors don't shut.been waiting since July 2018 for repairs.installers cancelled 11 times,no phone call ever.im disabled,I had to cancel doctor appts to wait home for nothing!
