The whole process from getting an estimate through install was great. From estimate, financing, to installation was well within the timeframe given. Eric, Nick, Ross, and Eugene did a GREAT job installing our new Pella front door. And they cleaned up and hauled away the old door.
Richard was great. He arrived to my home on time, was super personable, offered his assurance, and was knowledgeable. He handled my issue quickly and provided wonderful advice.
Pella service contractors Kevin and Richard replaced 7 defective casement windows. The sashes were made crooked from the manufacturer. Pella was very quick to respond with replacements. Pella setup a service date and Kevin called to confirm day and time. Kevin arrived as planned and replaced the first 6 windows. Richard arrived to assist replacing the last window which was mounted in a bow window frame. Outstanding service!
We just placed an order with John Palumbi, sales rep from Pella Windows. He was personable and knowledgeable of the Pella line, never pushy, answered all our questions and helped to decide the best options for us. Pella is a quality product and we can’t wait to see the completed project! Would work with John in the future for any window/ door needs! Thanks for a great experience!
I had Pella Mid Atlantic come out and install 5 entry doors at my home for the price of a new car, the sales person was very nice knowledgeable about the products and the ordering process. It all went south when the workers came out to install my doors, the paperwork clearly states that the trim is to match the interior door color in “Pella White” and that there would be no painting done on site. Thank you Pella Mid-Atlantic! I had exterior Pella French Doors that would not lock. Pella was responsive to the issue and fit us in their busy service schedule. Your Service Technician, Philip Wendtland was wonderful. He was responsive, prompt, professional, and efficient. I will be recommending Pella and Philip to friends, family, and neighbors who may be in need of windows.
