I got new windows less than a year ago. The windows are very nice, and installation went beautifully. BUT the sills are not connected to the rest of the window unit, and over the months they have separated from the windows. I have had to call twice to have sills repaired, and the company is not very communicative. I was told both times that this was an installation problem, but then no one ever called.
