After choosing Pella to replace original windows in our kitchen, dining room and basement, as well as a basement door two years ago, we are now having them replace the front door and another window. Very good product and customer experience.
We had a great experience. Donald not only came out to measure and help us select what was correct for our needs, but also kept me updated on when the installation would be available and came out to introduce the installing team and came back after the install inspect the job. The installers were also respectful and professional. I would suggest them and use them again.
Pella Door took 4 tries over 6 months to install properly. Initial door was defective, installer broke 1st replacement part and 2nd replacement part didn’t fit. The third replacement finally worked and the door is fixed. Took 6 months of hounding to get Pella’s attention. Windows installed before the door have defects related to poor materials used during installation. Is your front door showing rot? Ours sure is after all this rain we had this year! Pella takes the sweat out of ordering a new door system. Ask for Carly! She provides wonderful customer service!
