Brett was my salesman. And he did a great job from start to finish. He showed me the products,talked through installation and was very knowledgeable about the products.
Pella installation team came to install new windows for my home last week. they did good job on my windows and also cleaned all the trash there. After couple months installation, I have one window was cracked and broke the frame. customer service did not arrange any service time for me after one month. I called them and followed up with customer service. there are no follow service arrange even I have two years install warranty. service is not good if they did not install the window properly!
