Jake is very knowledgeable about Pella’s products, warranties and the perks that they receive with us as their builder. Jake quickly can sum up the look we are trying to achieve and gives great suggestions to sometimes alter our plan. I start our selection process with windows and doors and this has always been our homeowners highlight. Jake goes over and above to leave a great lasting impression.

We bought new windows and sliders for our entire house. Pella did an amazing job. They were very professional and the cleaned up after themselves. The windows and sliders are absolutely beautiful! They were costly, but worth it!
