Pella windows of Iowa are great windows and doors; had a broken window and scheduled service for replacement; the scheduler was very helpful and the service technician came to my home, replaced the window and cleaned up in less than an hour. I recommend Pella Windows of Iowa
Pella of Northwest Arkansas is very hard to work with. I ordered Three doors and one sliding door. They installed two doors and the sliding door but never install the last door. This has gone on for nine months. They sent me a email saying they are not going to refund me the money for the last door which I did not get. But I paid for all of the doors up front when they were ordered. Pella owes me for a door.
Horrible doors! The cold comes in like there is no glass. Thee inbewteen blinds do not work! Horrible!
Pella sucks. Ordered 2 replacement windows in December. They delivered wrong windows twice. Third time only one came of the two. Rude people in customer service. Everyone there is totally inept.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER today!!! They came to fix my Pella door yesterday...it's still broken. I called them to come back and they told me they can't come back to fix it again until into January. WHAT?? You didn't fix the problem yesterday! Why do I have to go to the back of the line?? I asked to speak with manager; they told me No. I insisted he connect me to supervisor. Rep. told me someone would call back withing 48 hours....then HUNG UP ON ME. Unbelievable. Way to stand behind your service, Pella.
