great service and products
I was first attracted to using pella because of a trusted name and my parents also used them a few years ago and thier window looked great. The sales consultant Dillion Charles was amazing! He explained everything thoroughly, and joked around with my wife and myself making the process personable. I decided same day to go with pella and signed up with dillion that day. I was able to receive 0% financing which made the worl easy to agree too. My wife and I cant wait to have my new bay window installed next month!
My mother purchased a storm door because of the great name Pella we thought stood for. Worst door ever. The screen is so flimsy we had to try to replace screen day one to tighten that didn't work because of the inferior method used to hold screen in. Called Pella no offer of solution or to send service out. So now we are less than 2 years and everytime you touch screen it falls apart so now weekly i am drilling a new hole into the door to keep together. I installed a Pella patio sliding door over 20 years ago and it still operates great. I would recommend Pella anytime.
This the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. About 5 months ago I called for a tech to come out and take a look at about 5 Windows that need to be replaced. It took a month for them to get a tech out to the site. It then took another 2months to schedule the job after having to call them repeatedly. After the 2 month wait the job was rescheduled 3 weeks out from the 2 month wait for parts. They showed up Friday to do the job guess what.? I called on June 26 they said they would come on July 17. I complained and they called me on a random day 15 min prior on July 10 that they would come to fix my window! I wasn’t home and guess what tomorrow is the date and I called to confirm the appointment they have no records of me in the system!!! Is this a joke? They said now the person would come August 9!! So we have a broken window and I haven’t slept in my bedroom for 2 months and now it will be 2 months for them to come to fix my window! The rain and heat comes in ... read more
