I have an older home (53 years) with 40 Pella widows. A window crank broke and I tried to contact the Omaha office to buy a replacement. Their phone tree and website were not user friendly, so I drove out on a Saturday because it said they were opened, but they weren’t. The concierge (Barry Blue) gave me a contact number, and things went well afterwards. Pella is the absolute worst. Their customer service, through Pella Window and Doors of Omaha is the worst I've ever experienced in all my life. Eight months and numerous trips to my home to attempt to repair a cracked window that's under warranty and it's still not fixed. My only option is to have another company fix it and sue them for the cost and any other claim I can make. And I plan to do just that.
I chose spells because I thought it would be top of the line service and products. Far from it doors are Larson Doors, I was not told this until after they were installed. Had all windows replaced , continue moisture on kitchen window, did not have this problem with old window. They tried to fix it , it’s not fix and now they want me to pay for a different window. Service is slow.
