2 year update, the drafts through this door are astounding. You can stand outside in the summer and feel the AC coming through. You can stand inside in winter and be blasted with cold air. Worst call I’ve made to an org just to get a part replaced. 5 mins of automated/press this number system. Then a phone rep that told me I wasn’t looking on the correct spot to get the Serial number. Additionally, wanted my name, phone number, email and address before even helping me.
One of the best experiences purchasing with a salesman ever! Informative, professional and just a down right good guy…way to go Pella!
