Greg is considerate, thorough and well spoken. He made sure I understood all of the options and that I had multiple opportunities to ask questions. He answered each one and didn’t proceed until we were both satisfied that I understood his explanation. That was so easy because of his excellent ability to converse in English.

My experience with Pella Windows has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We were told that the window installation would be completed in just four days. Instead, more than a month has passed, and over 20 windows remain unfinished. What is most frustrating is the lack of accountability and communication. I had a disappointing interaction with customer service representative Mary regarding a warranty claim. She was dismissive when I questioned why gas failure wasn't covered under the standard warranty. I'd recommend carefully reading their warranty details upfront, and it's more restrictive than I expected. Better communication from their team could have resolved this.
Our inquiries was all well explained and met our expectations on the service we want to do in our house. Greg provided us samples and suggestions for the windows. It was really a great experience.
