We went into the Naperville store to look at doors and Patty took care of us. She was very customer oriented and very helpful. Answered all of our questions knowing that we were just looking at a door our contractor was going to get for us. I would recommend asking for her when you visit.

My sales consultant, Mark Ekladious, was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain all options, making the decision process smooth and comfortable. 2 year update, the drafts through this door are astounding. You can stand outside in the summer and feel the AC coming through. You can stand inside in winter and be blasted with cold air. Screw you Pella, I'll steer everyone away. I MISS MY OLD DOORS. Original sales appointment was as scheduled. Ordered the same day and provided down-payment. Was quoted 3 months for installation. Worst call I’ve made to an org just to get a part replaced. 5 mins of automated/press this number system. Then a phone rep that told me I wasn’t looking on the correct spot to get the Serial number. Additionally, wanted my name, phone number, email and address before even helping me.
