Pella Windows are not new to me. I have Pella window in my living room. They are of good quality and are beautiful windows. I called Pella to replace the Bay and bow window that I purchased in 2018 form a company that was reasonable. The warranty was for 6 months. A stress crack appeared 2 days ago on the front window not the side windows. Mike Furgason the sales consultant came out yesterday. Our new Pella window is awesome - we love it. The installation went great and our home was left clean. Pella was great to work with and was pleasantly surprised how fast they were able to get the window installed. This window was a store front pane in our bedroom overlooking the lake and gold course.
