I want to give shout out to Rachel Schultz. She is an amazing customer service person. Rachel is so positive, she called about our appointment and was even able to get our building permit for us. After our installation she took care of the problem with our patio door. We are very pleased that she was assigned to us! Thank you Rachel! Pella is lucky to have you as an employee .

We had all of our windows replaced by Pella in April 2026. Just two months later, in June 2026, we discovered that one of the windows was leaking water and another had a lock that fell off. We immediately contacted Pella for warranty service. During our call, we were told that the repair would be expedited because of the water leak. However, the appointment was scheduled approximately eight weeks later, which was extremely disappointing given the urgency of water intrusion issues. We had Pella come out to quote our windows. This clown literally broke our window during his sales presentation, tried to hide the piece in his picket and corporate did nothing when we called.

Greg is considerate, thorough and well spoken. He made sure I understood all of the options and that I had multiple opportunities to ask questions. He answered each one and didn’t proceed until we were both satisfied that I understood his explanation. That was so easy because of his excellent ability to converse in English.
