For a company that prides itself on their customer service, they are exceptionally bad at it. Been trying to have our improperly installed and now rotting Pella windows replaced for 6 months, and while they are adept at accepting payment, I have had to call dozens of times at each step of the transaction to move the process forward or receive any updates. Don't waste your time: this "showroom" does not exist. Cannot raise anyone on the phone, either. Even when you press the options for "directions," "hours" or "talk to a sales rep," the automated system just hangs up on you. Very frustrating. Maybe try the Paramus location, or Pasadena?
Can't get in touch with them and their office showroom is not where they say it is
