They came quoted a job 6 weeks ago. Pete guaranteed they could do the job. Left our home and told his supervisor a different story, which no one communicated to us. We now have no doors or windows and they say they can’t handle the job?! Meanwhile my senior mother is stuck living alone, longer. Mike, Pete and Dan really disappointed us beyond belief. I have never had such a disappointing experience anywhere.

Great patio door. Love the door with blinds built in. The crew was great.
I installed Pella Windows & Doors in my new home construction 19 years ago. The patio sliding door is literally rotting ON THE INSIDE. The wood is rotting. The mini blinds between the glass do not move up and down smoothly, the strings are constantly tangled. One of the mini-blinds between glass has actually fallen apart inside the window; this is on the patio door - blinds that are rarely moved up and down.
