As nice as the patio doors are the hardware stinks. The hardware on the door lasted less than 4 years. The hardware replacement is covered for 10 years but plan on paying a pretty penny for the service call for any repairs easily over $300. Had i known the labor coverage on the warranty only covered 2 years i would have never purchased the Pella Brand.
Salesman Shanon Losik was very professional and attentive to my needs answered all questions to my satisfaction. He followed through to the finish of the project. Lindsey scheduled the work and kept in contact as we progressed. Bruce and his helper completed installation and left home in a clean condition! I would recommend Pella of Louisville for your next window project.
We used Pella to replace all forty-something windows at our previous residence and loved them. When it was time to replace the windows at our new place, Pella was the only company I thought to call.
