We’ve known and worked with Scotty Waits for years. He’s always taken great care of us. Everything was taken care including the installation. We love our new Pella window.
We shopped around quite a bit before deciding to go with Pella and are very happy. The entire process (consultation, ordering, delivery, and installation) was smooth sailing and very well done. Our rep, Jonna, was with us every step of the way and everyone on the team was professional, efficient, and courteous.And the windows look amazing! We would definitely use Pella again.
It was a very nice experience working with Pella rep Scotty Waites. He said what he was going to do and he did it. There were no surprises. The installers were as good as it gets:’polite, courteous, kind, and a keen eye to detail. I would definitely use and recommend Scotty and his crew.
Pella Service Tech did a fantastic job. Called to say he could come earlier than scheduled. Completed the requested work professionally. Re-adjusted door to solve a clearance issue and noticed it needed a new transom. Returned within a few days and installed that part and door works better than ever. Could not have asked for better service on convenience.
Justin and Bradly installed our screens on the new sunroom windows. They were very efficient and did a wonderful job with the install. Thanks
