I initially gave a 5 star review but my $38,725 doors on my second floor deck leak into the lower floor. I had to cut drywall out of my lower living room several months ago to prove the leak was coming from the Pella door on the floor above. The photo shows where drywall was cut out but the door in the photo is not the Pella door. The doors have a lip on the outside edge of the threshold that collects a puddle of water whenever it rains and the water escapes through the lower door seal and goes into the walls. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product and the level of service we received from installer Tommy Mastroola and his team. Fred Siegelman maintained excellent communication throughout the process and promptly followed up with us after the installation to confirm everything went as planned. We would highly recommend!

Tom Masticola did a wonderful job installing my windows. We did have a bit of a mixup with the grids, but he was extremely helpful at getting the issue corrected. These windows have made a huge difference in temperature in our home.
