Tommy and his crew did a great job. They were very professional and took good care of my patio as they wereworking. I was kept informed along the way of the progress and he met with me after the job was completed to give my tips and information as how to care for my new door and windows. I am pleased with the installation and the final product. Very good experience.
The entire team at Pella - Jonna, Lindsey, and Tommy Masticola's installation crew - were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. We've completed two separate projects with Pella in Lexington, and each experience has been seamless and professional. Their communication, attention to detail, and quality of work are outstanding. Highly recommend!
Pella Technicians completed 2 window pane replacements plus several door seal replacements to my full satisfaction. The prior coordination by Danielle & Kelly was done very professional and timely. The two guys that completed the job knew the job well and were extremely courteous and nice. Superb experience.
Our new Pella windows are beautiful. We can’t believe the difference it made when we replaced 10 windows. Jonna was very helpful and knowledgeable while helping us pick out the style windows we needed.
As nice as the patio doors are the hardware stinks. The hardware on the door lasted less than 4 years. The hardware replacement is covered for 10 years but plan on paying a pretty penny for the service call for any repairs easily over $300. Had i known the labor coverage on the warranty only covered 2 years i would have never purchased the Pella Brand.
