Good luck if you ever need service from these people! They charged me over $300 for a broken shade inside a window that no longer would move up or down, and then took them five months to get here after several cancelations on the morning they were supposed to show up. Then when the serviceman gets here and installs the part, he tells me it wasn't the actual part that was needed and we still had the issue when he left. Being a small business we are extremely busy trying to keep up and get our estimates out and keeping our customers happy.
