Great product and The installation went very smoothly.
Started with installation. Was scheduled to be here at 9:00 am. I took a vacation day from work to be home. At 9:15 am, on the scheduled day of installation, they called to say they weren't coming. I should have canceled the entire purchase at that time, but I agreed to reschedule. Now, within my warranty period, I have a broken window that will not stay up.
