All of the 40+ windows and five of the doors in our 2022 new home were purchased through and installed by Pella, including a large five-panel sliding glass door. Ron Thomas at Pella Kalispell is one of the best people we've ever worked with. Ron always takes the time to educate us on new products or even educating us on products that we always used, but just have new questions about it. He always has a positive attitude, no matter the situation. Ron took care of us during the hectic COVID times and he's always our first go-to. Pella Windows are always a great window, but Ron is the reason we make Pella our preferred window.

Windows are fine (basic single hung vinyl). Can't speak to installation as we installed ourselves, but their customer service has been fantastic. Jason responded quickly to my call re: loose locks on 4 of the 6 windows and forwarded my issue to their service department. Becky called the same day to schedule an appt for their service tech to come out (that was Friday, service tech was here on Monday). Problem solved (self tapping screws not catching internal metal piece) in about 15 minutes.
Theu just installed our new back door and we are super happy! Saved us almost 6k from another estimate we got!!
