Rusty was phenomenal to work with and went above and beyond to help us find the right door. He came out to measure and even went out of his way to meet us to deliver a part that wasn’t included in the shipment. The door is great, but the service was exceptional.

Ron Thomas at Pella Kalispell is one of the best people we've ever worked with. Ron always takes the time to educate us on new products or even educating us on products that we always used, but just have new questions about it. He always has a positive attitude, no matter the situation. Ron took care of us during the hectic COVID times and he's always our first go-to. Pella Windows are always a great window, but Ron is the reason we make Pella our preferred window.
