I just want one window pane fixed. I reached out to the local Pella dealer and they asked that I got to Pellasoutheast.com website to submit a service request. I went the website and submitted the request. They sent me a email with my service #. They called asking for more pictures than the 2 I sent and asked for measurements. I took 2 more pictures and emailed back the measurements. I have not heard one word from anybody from Pella. I emailed again and called the Pellasoutheast number. The whole sales process is great. Multiple visits to make sure the products will be right for the house. The entire house built in 1965 is now all Pella.
