Bottom line, ordered $45K worth windows and doors, was told 19-25 weeks from mid-March when ordered. Now being told delivery will be November 14th. Over 32 weeks. Salesperson won’t call me back now. Regional manager, when I can get him to call back, doesn’t care. Owner should have called and at least offered a little compassion, but they have all of their money and don’t care that they have delayed our remodel, cost us $$$ , stress and frustration! Do not buy from them!!!
