As a carpenter and contractor, I have to say that Pella is an overall great company. 4/5 stars. I read the low rated reviews and understand the complaints, but most of them are from years ago, maybe covid related. Large companies can seem uncaring and money driven. But that's business, Pella, like Anderson Renewal or Marvin are big companies that needs to make money.
