The delivery driver for our Pella windows and doors on 3/13/24 was courteous and cooperative with the builders. He drove his large box truck skillfully in tight spaces between boulders and narrow roads.
Charlie and Eddie are a great team and are amazing employees of Pella windows and Doors. They arrived early and were very courteous and professional. Evaluated my window and it's components, identified and explained the problem I was having and corrected it to my satisfaction. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, I'd give them both a 10 and then some :-).
