Quite upset. Ordered screens and was notified they were in and I needed to pick up. No problems with picking up if they were actually open the hours they say and advertise on their website and door. Just drove an hour for nothing. No sign in the door explaining why they closed early. Unable to leave a voicemail message, it just hangs up or transfers to a Pennsylvania store.
Terrible job. Can see screws holding in the window. Project Manager Jim Wolf assignedto this job refuses to send anyone back to correct without providing proof or pictures. This install should appear exactly the same as the other 5 existing windows. Look at your own windows, you will not see anything but smooth wood. Looks really bad. Paid $1600 for this!! I would not ever recommend Pella to anyone.
this place must not want to sell windows. they wont answer the phone and they wont return messages.
