Quality product, positive longevity of company, knowledgeable representative, great customer service, fair pricing and no hard sell.
Dave Kenney was very thorough and professional with his presentation of the work you could do for us. We have decided to go with Pella for this job!
From the start, it was absolutely refreshing. James was able to provide suggestions based on our needs and requirements while offering selection and recommendations suited for our home. His technical knowledge of the industry provided an in depth understanding of the products, performance and cost that best matched our needs. It was a difficult choice to make with all the features, colors and design available for our final selection.
