Parker Smith was extremely knowledgeable regarding the products and process for replacing my door.
Met with Parker Smith to discuss window replacement. Very professional and extremely helpful and full of information. Very informative meeting.
Five sliding glass doors and three windows were replaced on July 10th. After the replacement, several problems were discovered, including missing parts and defective glass. I reported these issues at the store( Tysons coner) on July 11th, and I also sent an email and made a phone call to the person in charge, James. However, as of today (August 4th), I have not received any communication. There's a problem with the glass doors, but they haven't taken any action. This company doesn't fix problems after installation
