Five sliding glass doors and three windows were replaced on July 10th. After the replacement, several problems were discovered, including missing parts and defective glass. I reported these issues at the store( Tysons coner) on July 11th, and I also sent an email and made a phone call to the person in charge, James. However, as of today (August 4th), I have not received any communication. There's a problem with the glass doors, but they haven't taken any action. This company doesn't fix problems after installation

John Dalton is a professional of the highest level. We haven’t gotten to final measurements and installation of our windows yet, but the sales process with John couldn’t have gone smoother. He answered all our questions perfectly and has left us with a lot of confidence that we will be extremely happy when our new windows are ultimately in our home.
