The sliding door gasket on our Pella slider was damaged during a furniture delivery. Booking the repair was easy. Repair Technician Russell Cole was fast and professional. Russ even assisted me with confirming the parts I needed for making other window and slider repairs while he was here. Thank you, Lorrie and Russ.

Eric the technician was five stars, Pella the business more like 1 or 2 for this reason: I had the company install a door two years, four months ago and the interior door handle fell off, and I could not figure out how to fix it myself. I called Pella since it was obviously under warranty, and they required I pay 100 dollars to make the appointment for the technician because two years is the warranty for service visits. We are happy owners of more than 100 Pella windows and 20 doors installed when we built our house on the Cape Cod coastline 24 years ago. The products are generally holding up very well. We just had service tech Steve Restaino visit to recommend repair or replacement of those that have failed through normal wear and tear and coastal salt and wind conditions. Steve was very responsive and helpful in recommending solutions and we look forward to a continuing productive relationship with Pella for years to come.
