My Pella Windows suffered wood rot within 15 years. Pella would not stand behind them and tried to charge me over 1000 dollars with shipping for just the upper sash. # Pella rots — in Finksburg, Maryland.
Excellent workmanship, friendly customer service, great clean up after job was completed.
management don't have any knowledge of the aggravation that customers go through, and really don't give a dam since customers aggravation isn't worth a penny to them. I was told in addition to the $500 for the mix up with a window, that I would be compensated $1,000 for the aggravation that the General Manager said that he would approve of, but the check is for $500, so I'm still $1,000 short for the aggravation that you had caused me. I'll be finding another Window Company who believes in good customer service! !!
