The person working there seemed very knowledgeable. But their website shows storm doors but they do not carry any.
Dave came out to our home and spent 3 hrs. with me explaining what I needed to do to maintain my current Pella Wood windows that are 24 years old. Found out I only needed 1 window replaced and 1 window to be fixed by the Service Dept. Dave checked everyone of my 31 windows. I felt he was very honest with me and I learned a lot about the Pella Co.
