Billy was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with the entire process of options for replacing two French doors with a more open glass, energy efficient slider. Highly recommend!
Billy is simply the best!!! Came in and offered all Pella has and gave us some great ideas on new window configurations. He listened and understood what we needed and gave us a plan to accomplish what we wanted. He is such a great guy and you can tell he loves Pella. UPDATE 2025 Realized this winter they didn't seal around the windows. I've attached a picture. Now I have to remove the trim in the entire house, seal with foam, reinstall trim, and probably replace some because it's broken. Overall a horrible experience. See more posts below.
