This is my first time working with Pella and Billy Stewart. Billy came to the house and was prompt, courteous and professional. He knew his products he was selling and was able to help me choose the best options for my needs. My experience was smooth and effortless. We both had hurricane experiences that we shared and commiserated with. I had a wonderful experience with Billy Stewart from Pella. He arrived at my house on time and was so professional, kind and informative. He gave me an estimate and was not at all pushy, but instead was available for my questions and changes I wanted to make. I just placed my order today and I will say it has been seamless and so pleasant thanks to Billy at Pella.
I had a thoroughly professional and personally satisfying experience with Billy Stewart. I had not been to the showroom before he came to do my estimate. We have a Pella sliding glass door that was damaged beyond repair. We are impressed with the quality of the current Pella door, and wished to replace it with the same. Billy, the Pella sales rep, came to our home on Saturday morning and helped us out. He was prompt, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He helped us find a suitable replacement, and explained the process thoroughly. At this point, we are very happy with Pella service. We look forward to the installation of our new door.
We had three large windows replaced in conjunction with having new siding on our house. We decided to go with Pella based on previous experience 7 years prior when Pella replaced several doors on our house. We worked with Andy Angel on both occasions and he was very helpful in selecting the quality and style of windows that we wanted and worked with our budget.
