Billy has been a huge help through the initial project phase. He has been uber responsive and brought in the install manager early to ensure the details were understood to avoid surprises later. We are now moving forward thanks to Billy’s attention to detail and care to provide incredible service. Very impressed.
We had a very positive experience with George and Chris. They took their time to talk with us and find out what we needed. George came by our home the same day and took measurements. He explained everything and took into consideration how best to stay within our budget. Can't wait for the new door to arrive!
We have excellent service from Billy Stewart, the local representative for Pella. He came to the house, detailed their products, was highly consultative and no pressure sell. He was highly responsive through out the process. Looking forward to the installation. Adding to review, the installation went ahead without a hitch, the end result was superb. Brian and this team were very good.
Billy greeted us on time at our house to inspect the hail damage and instantly became our friend and knowledgeable salesperson. He spent endless hours interpreting our thoughts and the evolution of windows so that we made some startling changes that we could have never done without him and his patient demeanor.
