We have 2 custome picture windows with fancy maple trim. Billy Stewart, the Asheville Pella rep who came to our house was wonderful. He was especially wonderful after we dealt with an Anderson replacement window guy who drove me crazy. Billy analyzed the situation explained how Pella would do handle the new window so that they matched the rest of the windows next to them.
