Billy was very efficient and knowledgeable about the product. Looking forward to the replacement of our door and window.
5 stars do not begin to describe my current experience with Billy from Pella. I came to him after expensive window project went south. Billy has listened patiently, and assured me that all would be well. He has helped me step by step through the process, understanding how this time I have to get it right. All my questions have been answered and information I needed provided.Chris at the showroom and Jamison who measures have also been essential to making sure I have a clear picture of what I am doing. I am deeply grateful.
I bought this brand of windows and doors throughout my home. Worst mistake ever. Customer service is nonexistent unless you want to buy a whole new door when a small part breaks. Which you probably will need to do anyway because the seals in them fail pretty early on. The parts require buying 2/3rds of items in a kit you wont need as well as waiting 1 month for them to get around to giving you a quote for who knows what its just a part. Good luck everyone who has pella.
I had a great experience with Pella and specifically Eugene! He was VERY patient, shared a range of options for me, and ended up getting me the best price I’ve been able to find yet. I’ll be getting a custom door with a great warrantee and installation baked in. Appreciated his approach, and he wasn’t a pushy / salesman which usually scares me off. Highly recommend their services.
