Pella is a great product but their service is very questionable. I've had Pella sliding doors for 15 years with no complaints until I need new rollers on the doors. Called earlier this week to get a service call and was told we will send you an email and call you back with a quote. Really, a quote come out and fix the door, I haven't heard anything from KW Pella Company since I called 4 days ago! Very disappointed in the lack of Customer Service after spending thousands of dollars!
