Noah, thank you very much for the excellent job you did in repairing my sliding glass door. Only took about 30 minutes to remove the door to repair the rollers and get everything back together. Very polite and efficient at his job.
The guys from Pella were amazing. I needed to add two windows to a wall that looked awkward without them and I turned to Pella since they had supplied the rest of the windows in the house. They planned it meticulously, and even took a chip off of a trim piece that was to be removed, so they could match the paint perfectly. Adam and Nate completed a repair on an awning window. They both were courteous and professional. At first Pella provided them with the incorrect replacement sash but Adam and Nate reconfigured the sash on the spot so that our window could close and lock. They returned with the correct sash and swapped it out. Adam also went above and beyond to tighten our door handle that he noticed was loose.
Being a "Do it Yourselfer" I was not only looking for windows but was looking for advice. I had a lot of questions about types of windows and windows that qualified as Egress. I worked with Joe Decker and Jennifer Elliot. They guided me thru and Joe followed up the next day to make sure I was OK with my decissions. I purchase 12 windows but I had one window I wanted to change the size. Joe gave me the options and the change was simple. Thank you Pella Team.
