I must say the team at Pella in Albany are exceptional! I woke up this morning with a cracked Pella Casement window, and called the Albany office and was immediately and promptly picked up by Denise. She listened to my issue, even though it wasn't her department, but Denise took ownership of the matter and assured me she would look into the problem. I had an issue with failed insulated glass unit- IGU seal on 4 yr old angle bay window. I was initially frustrated and worried about some of what I was being told about replacement policies. Then I spoke with manager Brian, and he graciously took care of my concerns and worries. I was very appreciative and grateful for the good customer service , and felt seen and heard.
