Pella = Horrible quality and customer service. After posting this review 3 weeks ago, Pella replied this canned post - “sorry you weren’t satisfied, we will reach out to you in 3-5 days to follow-up on the issue” post. Don't use this company, they are shady. I bought Pella doors two years ago and although they were expensive I was quite pleased with them. Fast forward to now when I need to have windows replaced. Salesman came out and looked at 10 windows and a sliding door. After going through the options I was told I get a repeat customer discount, and a *sign now* discount. That should have been my signal to run. Ultimately I wound up signing a contract for their middle of the road priced windows and door for $52,000. They want you do *D... read more
The worst. Misleading..poor installation..no service. BEWARE!!!
Our experience with Pella Windows & Doors was very good. We had our entry door and windows replaced. Happy with the quality and the look. Ilene is super helpful in every way, she is always there to answer any questions or help with anything, she is the best! We’ll be using their services again.
