The person at the front desk was so helpful.
I ordered replacement sash in October 2024, they scheduled installation for Jan 2 2025 but replacement sash twice less than measurements that I send them. Now it Jan 30 2025 and they still in process of warranty investigation how they made a mistake and my new sash even not yet scheduled for production. I paid $1000 for NOTHING. Stupid office, stupid and unprofessional employees. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They will screw up and blame you for it.
I am extremely upset and disheartened by the treatment I have received from the representatives of this company. I signed a contract for a new door, only to later discover that I was being charged $6,300 for a standard-sized door—smaller than the size I actually need.
