Zero stars. A defective door was installed. The windows on the door are crooked (feels like a fun house). This door doesn't look fancy but cost $11,000. The installer noted the defect on the day of installation and said there was not going back because the casing had been removed but a new door would be arranged. I paid half of the invoice in advance but said I wouldn't pay the other half until an undamaged door was installed. My Pella Windows are less than 2 years old. With the 50 mph north winds we had last week, air came right through the seal in about a 1 foot length. What can you do?
Pella was hired to install a new sliding door at my father’s house. During installation one of the panes broke. The installer taped the broken pane and said they will get another one ordered. This was back in November. It is now January and we still have a taped up broken pane while we wait for the new with no update from anyone. If you want superior work with superior customer service I suggest you look else where. Very disappointed right now.
