We met with Mitch Rousseau, Pella's sales representative in our area. He was a pleasure to do business with. We ended up having all the windows in our house replaced by Pella. The installation staff and the management staff were great to deal with and very professional. The windows look and perform wonderfully.
Mitch was very easy to work with and very well educated. Gave us peace of mind that our project was in good hands! Highly recommended!
Mitch Rousseau was a very personable salesman and extremely easy to work with as was the rest of the team. I discovered some defects post installation and it wasn’t a problem to resolve.
They use state deeds records to mass mail unsolicited advertisements. I know because I got one for my father-in-law who doesn't even live in this state and the only connection he has to my address is from signing a deed. It's actually so revolting and intrusive.
Excellent service, communication and products.
