Elisa was wonderful and took the time to listen and explain everything to us. Excellent customer service that is above and beyond.
Stopped at the store to find out the difference between Marvin and other brands and was politely told the key differences without being sold. Highly recommend.
I stopped in their store just to get a little education and Elisa couldn't have been any nicer. She was very knowledgeable and when I asked explained differences without putting anyone else down. There was no pressure just good information. I'd highly recommend them.
Update as of 7/22/2025 Still a 1 star. I would give zero if I could. God help you if you have any issue with the Pella products they sold you. Update as of 6/20/2025 3 replacement panels and the door still does not operate correctly. Call to get info and get told I’ll get it resolved only to be blown off. If you can get your windows and doors somewhere else you should. This is an update on my previous review below. The one star review stands. I have a warped door.
