Today, we had a situation with automation on our customers doors opening to the backyard. We couldn’t get them to close; however, we contacted Steve and within minutes of our need, he called me back to tell me how we could manually shut the doors and reset the motors. Lindsay Liakatas provided us with absolutely top tier customer services both for us as the builder and our clients as the end user. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has worked diligently on getting our clients exactly what they want. 10/10 service!
Absolutely wonderful experience, had them install 30+ windows, 10+ sliding doors, extra large sliding pocket door and their communication was excellent. Customer service was even better, over all quality was everything we hoped for a more. Parker was outstanding to work with & look forward to doing more business with him! They even treated us to a golf event that was extraordinary!
I had the best experience working with Josh at Marvin Design Gallery. I would highly suggest working with Marvin Design Galley! The showroom is amazing and has more window and door samples in full size form that most design centers do not have.
