Pella Windows and Doors of Grapevine created an error on my Window order and would not fix it. A huge change that they found a way around . Very very unhappy. Do not use them. They do not stand behind their salesmen’s errors

Dalton from Pella came to our home and gave us an informative window presentation. He was friendly and quite professional. He was respectful of our property as well. We have windows that have broken seals and are drafty and are hard to open. Pella windows are so easy to open. He listened to us about the style of windows we wanted and how to make it look cohesive for better curb appeal. When it came down to what we could afford monthly, he also listened to our needs. We had sales man Ben Marsh come out and he was perfect! He was very friendly, professional and kept conversations outside of just the windows. Helped us connect with him more. He brought samples, showed us a glass experiment and swung some deals at us that we loved the whole 9 yards. We cannot wait to move forward with his as our Point of Contact. Fair warning tho, they take estimate measurements INSIDE your home. So if you have a consultation coming may wanna tidy up… because we most certainly did not.
I honestly am very surprised with the construction industry. Everything is super expensive and the results are mediocre at best. Sadly Pella was no different. The sales lady who came out was very nice but new so she had to call someone to answer questions. There was an error for a few of our windows. The front windows have a wood frame above them (see pictures). My understanding was this would be replaced or at least the window would be flush with the arch.
