Haley Rosenberg did a wonderful job on providing us with an estimate to replace all windows at our lake house in East Texas. She drove a long distance and was professional and courteous. You can tell she is passionate about the product.

We had Derek Saunders out to explain to us the various window replacement options and the appointment went great. He was very professional and took the time to explain all of the different options to us We love Pella and had their windows in our home in South Dakota!

Had an absolute terrible experience with this company! Had the window set for install and they broke the window unloading it. This was not the problem, this was an accident. I told the installer let’s just wait till they get the replacement to install it. He said he needed to do it now so that it does not delay the install. Mind you it was 1 of 2 panes he said. So I said ok. They installed both windows and I went to look at it and saw the other pane was cracked from top to bottom, leaking air! I said what happened, thought i... read more
