Very disappointed. Went in at 9:45pm to take our son in to be seen and we watched people leave and get taken in. Frustrating as a first time mom, just looking for some help, reassurance, and guidance knowing everything is okay because 104 fever in a baby is very scary. We left and went home to navigate it ourselves because we were told they didn’t know how much longer we would be waiting.

The staff was so understanding and kind to us. We are out of towners and felt right at home. So thankful for the care we received!!

When I was six years old, I was playing at a local park, and my dad got a call from my mom she told my dad that my grandma had passed away (I'm 15 now) we got in the car and drove to Knoxville to meet my grandpa and uncle. The last place I ever got the chance to say I love you to my grandma was in this hospital.

Came in here with a severe tooth infection in so much pain because dentists couldnt get me in i had no other choice they made me feel bad for asking for help for pain.. they wouldnt work with me. Angeliqe or whatever the nurse practioner was patronizing and condesending. I was in tears they gave me an ice pack it was a joke and a waste of time and money. The NP should be fired so unprofessional. Why wouldnt they tell me they couldnt help me while I was sitting for two hours in agonizing pain.. this was a joke..
