We've had two negative experiences. One was when our dog was having a seizure and was not answering the 24 hour emergency line. His wife called us the next day saying their kids had his phone. So do not bank on the "25 hour" emergency service. Second was when we were trying to have our dog put to sleep asap because he was suffering.
