I needed a new set of acrylics and came to Pella as a walk in. I was greeted promptly and with a smile. Amber was so very nice and was able to answer questions about different designs. I usually get French tips but ended up going with an awesome cat eye procedure. My nails look awesome! Thank you so much Amber!!!
I’ve been too many nail salons in Sandy and Pella is absolutely the best. I highly recommend them.. Maddy
When I get a pedicure I want a pampered relaxing experience. That is not what I recieved at Pella Nail Salon. They had a TV on with the channel set to a very loud annoying children's station. The program was chaotic and obnoxious. The TV was right next to me. I mentioned to 2 different employees that this is not really the best choice of program for a relaxing spa experience - and yet the kids channel stayed on. I’ve been going to Pella for 20 years. I’m sad to say something has changed. I went there recently with my mom. It was not relaxing and the services felt rushed. To top it off my mom tried to use the gift certificate I bought her Mother’s Day 2024 (so 13.5 months old). When we presented it at payment, the person (who I believe might be the new owner or manager?) said it was expired since over a year old (despite expiration date being left BLANK on cert) and proceeded to tell me they were under new management (clearly) so cou... read more
