Absolutely TERRIBLE insurance company! Worst customer service ever! Very similar to Julian R.'s review, due to an oversight from our agent and an absolute lack of communication our home was not 80% insured for full replacement value. This company has been collecting premiums and commission from us for the last 10 years with no claim filed. Had Pella for 10 years. Had a tree fall on the house and had to file a claim. Turned out that due to an oversight from our agent, we were on the hook for paying the damages on our pool and fence. Agent admitted it was his fault and basically shrugged his shoulders and said they wouldn’t cover the damages. They have shady agents and the company that will weasel out of paying a claim if they can. Get your insurance elsewhere!
