I had been looking at getting a new jeep for a while now but kept putting it off. I was nervous on what it would be like knowing I already had a loan still on my previous jeep. I walked in and they all took care of me! Kelsee was there to help me with everything and I can’t thank her enough. She knew exactly what I wanted and she delivered! I definitely recommend Kelsee, she was great to work with!
Purchased a car August 19th. Was told there’d be two keys. Turns out they needed to order another one. I’ve had to reach out multiple times and half the time there’s no response. It is October 3rd and we still don’t have the second key and I haven’t got a reply since I’ve last asked for an update the 25th of September. If the key ever actually comes in, I have to waste my time and gas to go to Des Moines and get it programmed which is frustrating as we were told there’d was two keys to begin with.
Very well treated and taken care of. Drove from just over 5 hours away and everything was already taken care of. If you ever need a car/truck/suv I highly recommend this dealer. I worked with Kevin and couldn’t be happier with my new to me truck!
