On a whim, I decided to purchase a vehicle that was listed for sale at Pella Motors. I was in contact with Kevin, who responded immediately. He was easy to work with and didn't try to take any sort of sales approach with me. I told him exactly the numbers I wanted and he made it happen. Within 24 hours, I had the vehicle in my possession. While in Pella today, we ran into some car difficulties and needed immediate help. We showed up at Pella Motors 10 minutes before they were supposed to close and the team graciously helped get us taken care of so we could make it home. They were kind, helpful, and the customer service was amazing. Thank you, Brian and team!
