I had an ongoing problem with my Silverado steering column that seemed to be getting slightly worse. I had a camper attached to it, and I rolled in without any appointment and asked them to check it. I had previously had it checked at home and was told it was okay, but I was not satisfied. Darren took care of us, gave us a loaner vehicle and fixed the ongoing problem after two years of it gradually getting worse.
