My wife and I live in a house that has all Pella windows installed throughout. We have been very impressed with the quality and workmanship. So when we decided to do some interior remodeling, we contacted Pella Doors & Windows in Truckee, CA and spoke to their Representative Mike Wortman. Mike met with us and our contractor and we told him what we wanted. A wall which separated two rooms, needed to be removed and we wanted the wall to be replaced with Pella sliding glass doors. Pella has proved to be one of the best companies I have ever worked with. As a homeowner purchasing windows I had little or no idea what I needed. Their sale rep Mike Wortman took his time to patiently walk me through the difficult process . He suggested changes and explained why. I didn't get much help when first shopping other suppliers. On the shipping end Cindy Taylor is also outstanding.
