My building power washed, which caused the sliding door screen to come loose from its frame. The man who came and fixed my screen was great! He was kind, fast, and thorough. He knew exactly how to repair it.
Tyler did a great job of explaining window replacement options, necessary specs and pricing. He is a good communicator and followed up on installment progress and final inspection. I have had Pella replacements for all my windows in my 1940 circa house without any issues in the past 15 years.
Excellent communicator and easy to work with. I'll be calling him again in the future for more windows.
We cannot speak more highly of Tyler and particularly his service throughout the buying and installation process. He made multiple trips to our home to take measurements and after delivery and installation of the new windows and doors. He was even here on the delivery date itself to inspect everything and make sure that the delivery was smooth and we had all of the component parts such as screens.
