We cannot speak more highly of Tyler and particularly his service throughout the buying and installation process. He made multiple trips to our home to take measurements and after delivery and installation of the new windows and doors. He was even here on the delivery date itself to inspect everything and make sure that the delivery was smooth and we had all of the component parts such as screens. My renovation project was completed seamlessly and without issues. I used Pella windows to upgrade my family room and kitchen. Ignacio Arreguin took me through the step by step process, and informed me about my options, contract, permit and installation date. I’ll definitely be a return customer.
Bobby is very professional and knowledgeable about the Pella products. He gives great customer service and has careful attention to detail. Will be ordering other Pella windows from Bobby for a future project.
