What an amazing experience! Pella and the installers did an amazing job replacing my old windows they look as if they were never touched. The installer answered all my questions and eased my mind about any concerns. Loved that the Forman’s boss came in and inspected each window for proper install and working condition. I will highly recommend Pella windows.
Paul Fortuna ripped me off . He is the installation manager and should not be anywhere near a customer. He invoiced me in advance close to $2000 dollars and called his tech back to office after only 1.5 hours on job. Do not use Pella.

From start to finish, Lee was punctual, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked me through every step of the process in a clear and approachable way, making what could have been overwhelming feel effortless. Thanks to his expertise, I now have the most beautiful door that truly enhances my home. I highly recommend Lee to anyone looking for quality products and top-notch service!
Absolutely horrible customer service. It’s been 2 years and my patio door is still not correct. I’ve had Pella replace one panel 3 times. All three panels were warped. Every single call is like it’s the first time they’ve been informed of the problem. All time estimates are inaccurate. The last panel wasn’t even ordered when they were supposed to order it but is tear was ordered a month late. Do not do business with Pella unless you like being treated like garbage.
