Terrible experience with Pella, their products and their customer service team. I purchased a Pella sliding glass door when I moved into my home. After just 3 years the glass seal failed. I contacted Pella because I was informed their products included a 10 year warranty. I jumped through all the hoops required, including proactively following up with their customer service department repeatedly due to a lack of clarity and information. Our new black windows and doors look amazing! Sam was a terrific salesman, knowledgeable and patient. The entire installation team was professional and pleasant. And the product? Let’s just say our house is quieter, cooler, more attractive and our dogs are no longer upset by outside noises. Thanks Sam and your great Pella team!
Excellent install courteous and meticulous
I chose Pella windows because I mostly wanted the French doors with the shade in the glass for my bedroom off the back patio. I spoke with sales person Sam Weidenbaum and found that the windows are also what I wanted for my house. I've seen the advertisements on TV with storms outside. Sam and I came to an agreement of what would serve me best and he ordered the windows, French door and a slider door. I got the fiberglass frames, since AZ is so hot in summer. Been waiting a month and a half for a part that is now lost. It took pella over a month to locate the part because it “had an invalid sku number” another person told me that we are waiting on the supervisor to be back in. Michelle Milsap has been handling this and I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I’ve received. I called again and Pella gave me a shipping number… Turns out that shipping number is for somebody else’s order completely unrelated to mine.
