We had pella windows & sliding door put in. I'm happy with the slider door and the living room window & 2 bedroom windows. The master bedroom and bathroom room we paid extra for windows that are bottom up top downtown which are what i wanted but they only came with screen on the bottom. I'm expected to go outside and pull the screen up if I'm to pull window down. No common sense at all for that. They're suggestion of course to buy extra screens for a window we already paid extra money for. Also one part of window came broken... read more
WE RECENTLY REPLACED ALL WINDOWS AND 2 DOORS IN OUR HOME... I HAVE A FRONT FACING BED TO THE STREET AND USE HERE EVERYTHING THROUGH MY WINDOW, CARS, BIRDS, PEOPLE EVEN TALKING LOUDLY TO ONE ANOTHER... THIS HOME WAS SOLD WITH DUEL PANED WINDOWS 8 YEARS AGO. HOWEVER; WHEN PELLA CAN AN DEMONSTRATED THEIR WINDOWS MY HUBBY AND I DECIDED TO GO WITH THEM!!! JUST A LITTLE NOTE: RENEWAL BY ANDERSON WAS WAY TO EXPENSIVE AND I COULDN'T GET THE DOORS... My parents and I had the pleasure of working with Vinny during our replacement quote walk around. He was so kind to my mom and I, walked us through the entire process, gave opinions when we asked, and was very knowledgable. He listened to what we wanted and answered all our questions so well. Highly recommend!!
What an amazing experience! Pella and the installers did an amazing job replacing my old windows they look as if they were never touched. The installer answered all my questions and eased my mind about any concerns. Loved that the Forman’s boss came in and inspected each window for proper install and working condition. I will highly recommend Pella windows.
Paul Fortuna ripped me off . He is the installation manager and should not be anywhere near a customer. He invoiced me in advance close to $2000 dollars and called his tech back to office after only 1.5 hours on job. Do not use Pella.
