We had a great experience with Pella doors and windows. I highly recommend them as they did a great job managing the project from start to finish. Paul Fortuuna, the installation manager, came out several times before and during the installation. Josh did a great job installing the large master bedroom replacement window. Josh was extremely detailed and meticulous in making sure everything was correct and accurate. He really knows windows. The window itself is also high-quality.
In the year 2000 we purchased 50 Pella designer series casement windows. I guess Pella has decided to abandon all service and parts support for them. It seems that basic wear parts like weatherstripping are no longer available. If you think Pella windows as expensive as they are should last a lifetime think again. This is a company that no longer values the customers and has cut corners for their bottom line profits.
They offer amazing windows and the staff is very knowledgeable
We had pella windows & sliding door put in. I'm happy with the slider door and the living room window & 2 bedroom windows. The master bedroom and bathroom room we paid extra for windows that are bottom up top downtown which are what i wanted but they only came with screen on the bottom. I'm expected to go outside and pull the screen up if I'm to pull window down. No common sense at all for that. They're suggestion of course to buy extra screens for a window we already paid extra money for. Also one part of window came broken... read more
WE RECENTLY REPLACED ALL WINDOWS AND 2 DOORS IN OUR HOME... I HAVE A FRONT FACING BED TO THE STREET AND USE HERE EVERYTHING THROUGH MY WINDOW, CARS, BIRDS, PEOPLE EVEN TALKING LOUDLY TO ONE ANOTHER... THIS HOME WAS SOLD WITH DUEL PANED WINDOWS 8 YEARS AGO. HOWEVER; WHEN PELLA CAN AN DEMONSTRATED THEIR WINDOWS MY HUBBY AND I DECIDED TO GO WITH THEM!!! JUST A LITTLE NOTE: RENEWAL BY ANDERSON WAS WAY TO EXPENSIVE AND I COULDN'T GET THE DOORS...
