We upgraded to the top of the line casement windows by Pella when they built our house. After a period of time the wood inside of the frame rotted out from moisture on several of the sashes. Later on I discovered that there was a class action lawsuit that I was not informed of. I have called a couple of times over the years and there has been no resolve.
