Great place
Fail. Go buy from another manufacturer, they admit to manufacture problems. If you want severely mismatched wood on your $10,000 window, order Pella. No help trying to rectify poorly matched wood on window frame, they fall back on their tiny warranty writing stating minor imperfections. Look at picture tell me if this matches. Do any of their advertised windows show this much shade difference? Rhetorical My 15 anderson wood windows all match. Huh.
Screw this place. Take way too long to load. Drivers don’t waste your time taking a live load from here. You will be here minimum 4 hrs. Employees do not care
