Lack of appreciation, ridiculous amount of hours where you spend more time there than with family, with even more hours piled on. Poor management at every turn and the workers have to suffer for it every single day. Everyone is miserable. PELLA IS A JOKE GOT THE JOB PAST MY PISS TEST DID MY PHYSICAL PAST AND THEY SAID I HAD TO FILL OUT PAPERS FOR BACKGROUND CHECK ONLINE BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY EMAIL AND I FILLED OUT A PAPER AT PELLA FOR BACKGROUND CHECK AT PELLA WHEN I WAS THERE AND ALL BECAUSE I DID NOT RECEIVE MY BACKGROUND CHECK PAPERS THEY SAID IM NOT GETTING THE JOB HAVE TO WAIT 6MONTHS TO REAPPLY!!!
