Worst place I've ever worked. The DMs don't care anymore, and we lost two last week! Either nobody gets a full 40 hours or they get no raise. Some people aren't even getting 30 hours! Madison and Brian are never there, Madison works remote or comes in late every day, Brian has clocked more time on days or vacation than on nights, where he hides in his office all night anyway, he's not respected by anyone on the shift. Does the whole warehouse go on a 3 hour lunch break or something? Looking through the shipping window, receiving window and a door to see into the warehouse, nobody's home, all of the lights are off and I got here a 1 pm.. the receiving hours are 6 to 2:30 right? Maybe they all quit or something idk
My husband and I ordered a sliding glass door for a customer. The door was almost $3000. We ordered it in April it took a month for it to be delivered which we knew upfront. once delivered my husband installed after installing he realized there was no handle in the box. The job was an hour away from Lowe’s where it was purchased . We contacted Lowe’s since that’s where we bought it. Horrible place to work. The building is extremely hot. And they have banned fans . People are fainting and passing out. Who can we call!!!
Can we bring Tom back? Trenton and Madison have been absolute garbage. That's even when Madison shows up.
