Terrible people. One star is too high. I expected better of Pella, the manufacturer. This outfit added a costly item to my service request, in case needed, and I paid up front, amended the "no-refunds" contract to say that "if your service person concludes that the operator only needs adjustment I assume the cost of that part will be annulled." The part wasn't needed and adjustment took less than one minute. This company has not even responded to requests for a refund. It now has both the part and the money.
Called, waited 6 min. on hold, told them what I needed (a crank cover in BRUSHED NICKEL) It comes 8 days later in OFF WHITE!!!.... Been trying for 2 days to get through to these people. Four attempts on hold for 15 minutes each.... One full hour of my time wasted! I drive over to the store in Santa Ana (since it's on 2 minutes away) nobody in there can help. They are clueless!!!! I call corporate and they want serial numbers etc. etc. What a freaking runaround for a $4.00 part. Products are great.... Service SUCKS!!!!!
